With over 22 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Eva William brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. Starting her career as a registered nurse, Eva has worked extensively in complex care settings, including dementia care, palliative care, and end-of-life support. Her 18 years of management experience include roles as a Registered Nurse, Unit Manager, and Deputy Manager, making her well-versed in delivering exceptional care.
Eva is deeply passionate about providing person-centered care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. She believes in creating a warm, home-like atmosphere at Stanshawes Care Home, where residents feel safe, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, Eva enjoys baking, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She draws inspiration from these activities to bring joy and comfort to the residents, fostering a welcoming environment that truly feels like home.
