With over 22 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Eva William brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. Starting her career as a registered nurse, Eva has worked extensively in complex care settings, including dementia care, palliative care, and end-of-life support. Her 18 years of management experience include roles as a Registered Nurse, Unit Manager, and Deputy Manager, making her well-versed in delivering exceptional care.
Eva is deeply passionate about providing person-centered care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. She believes in creating a warm, home-like atmosphere at Stanshawes Care Home, where residents feel safe, supported, and valued.

Our residents feasted on pancakes with a choice of fillings, 🥞this afternoon. Some preferred the traditional lemon and sugar 🍋🍚others enjoyed theirs with strawberries and cream and a decadent chocolate sauce 🍓🍓🍶🍫to finish off the decoration. This morning we celebrated the Chinese New Year 🎉🎉by watching the Chinese year of the horse 🐴firework display. Our residents were mesmerised by the vibrant colours. our ladies showed off the dragon 🐲🐲we made during our Bon voyage club activity.
